If you contact us using the contact form on the website or by e-mail, we store your data (e-mail address, name, company, phone number, content of the message) for the purpose of processing the request and for the purpose of individual communication with you.

Information about the data processing

Gutwinski Management processes the following personal data for purposes of customer service and customer information: Name, title, date of birth, gender, personal identifiers (position in the company, function), e-mail address, phone, fax, address. If you make a booking request via the website and attend a seminar from us, we use your information for billing and payment processing.

Mail or e-mail messages to similar products or services

Please be advised that, if you are already a customer of Gutwinski Management and you have given us your postal address or e-mail address, we occasionally send you by post or e-mail information about similar products or services (new information products, seminars). For doing so, we process the name, title, date of birth, gender, personal identifiers (position in the company, function), e-mail address, phone, fax and address you have provided.


You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter on seminars and Gutwinski Management services via our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via a link contained in each issue. The sending of these messages may be revoked at any time by an e-mail to or by post. We will immediately erase your data in connection with sending the newsletter.

Disclosure of your data to third parties

Your personal data are neither published nor disclosed, especially without your consent, to third parties.

Storage period

We store your data for this purpose for a period of seven years after your last contact with us. Data necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims before a public authority, may be retained in the event of disputes until the legally binding conclusion in the matter has been reached.

Server logs

The server logs store the IP address of the inquirer together with data at the time of the request, the purpose of the request, the transferred amount of data, a notification whether the request was successful, recognition data of the browser used and the operating system used as well as the website from which the access occurred (if accessed through a link). These data serve exclusively the review of system security.
